Musical Atmospheres is an online interactive rehabilitation program for teenagers and adults. The program aims to introduce musical experiences through a positive and new method in listening with a cochlear implant.
What can you do with Musical Atmospheres?
With Musical Atmospheres you can explore the wonderful world of music. New music is discovered through three hours of recorded musical examples, each containing increasing levels of complexity in musical appreciation, helping to establish a firm foundation for musical memory.
How can I use Musical Atmospheres?
Musical Atmospheres can be used at home for the individual exploration of all aspects of music, or in groups to explore a variety of motivating areas of musical experience. Is Musical
Atmospheres available in my own language?
Musical Atmospheres is currently available in English and French. More languages will follow in the future.
Why do you need my CI processor serial number?
With your cochlear implant processor serial number we can confirm that you have a cochlear implant of Advanced Bionics. With a CI of Advanced Bionics you’ll get free access to the full musical experience.
Where can I find my CI processor serial number?
You can find your CI processor serial number by removing the battery from your processor. Your serial number is printed inside the processor and consists of five numbers.

I don’t have an AB cochlear implant, can I still explore Musical Atmospheres?
Yes, if you don’t have a cochlear implant of Advanced Bionics or even no cochlear implant at all, you can still explore Musical Atmospheres. We do ask for an annual fee of 70,- euro.
I don’t have an AB cochlear implant, why do I need to pay?
Musical Atmospheres is one of the many services we provide for our cochlear implant users to optimally make use of their CI. Other people are welcome to use this service as well, but we ask for an annual fee.
I don’t have a AB cochlear implant, how can I pay?
If you don’t have a cochlear implant of Advanced Bionics, but still want to explore Musical Atmospheres we ask for an annual fee. You can transfer the fee of 70,- euro to Banque Kolb Mulhouse Enterprises, IBAN: FR 76 1325 9028 4300 1534 0020 078, SWIFT / BIC NORDFRPP. Please mention 'MA' and your e-mail address. Make sure the e-mail address you mention is the same as the one you entered by your sign up, so we can validate your sign up.
